PROJECT STRATEGIC PLAN

NIGERIAN YOUTHS, GENERATION NEXT:
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
It is in a bid to reverse a long existing sad trend of events in the society that we organize this project, to contribute our quota to developing the society.
These events expressed above include;

PROBLEM:
LACK OF QUALITY EDUCATION:
It is saddening that today; the concept of education has been restricted within the confines of (non-applicable) theories. Education is no longer a mind transforming concept, but a certificate awarding exercise. Little wonder we have produced graduates who lack character, strong self esteem, confidence & elocution, to say but a few.

SOLUTION:
We hope to change, in our capacity, this scenario by delivering effective and mind blowing lectures on educational development, to change the mindset of both policy makers, stakeholders and beneficiaries of education in the society, as they all will be present at this event.

PROBLEM:
LACK OF INTEGRITY IN LEADERSHIP:
It is obvious that in this society, only a few (numerable) leaders and decision makers display or portray a strong sense of integrity.
Leadership in our society has been characterized by mediocrity and corruption. It is without any intention to be judgmental that we say most problems we face in Africa at large and Nigeria in particular are caused by poor leadership.

SOLUTION:
We hope to bring in credible Nigerians, vast, tested & trusted to have graciously exhibited successfully, integrity in leadership, to deliver lectures on leadership and integrity in the 21st century in order to change the mindset & perception of both current and future leaders about leadership, and the importance of integrity in leadership.

This will go a long way in making our society a better place to live in.

LACK OF FINANCIAL EMPOWERMENT:
It is no longer a shocker that most social vices of the society today are all corollaries of financial unempowerment and even kill all because they want financial empowerment. It is sad that financial freedom is not taught in our schools today, hence people leave school only to start struggling to find financial bearing

SOLUTION:
In like manner we hope to bring in men and or women of substance, who have proven points in this subject, to effectively lecture Business & career development in the 21st century in order to empower our youths and imbue them with pragmatic principles of financial freedom.

Finally:
When one takes a close look at all it will take to make these things happen, one might just be tempted to ask “Is it worth the stress?”
But it was the indecision of yesterday that we are reaping today; ask your self does tomorrow deserve same?

CORRUPTION IS NOT AN OPTION
Corruption can be defined as the usage of your power in a dishonest or illegal way in order to get advantage for your selfish act. Corruption also encourages immorality, and dishonesty.
In the recent past, corruption has been examine by so many people and the final result was based on poverty, which we all know as the main source of corruption in our society today.
Corruption is always a way of getting what you want immediately, because of your selfish quest, but it’s not the best alternative, because it will certainly destroy your glorious future. Why must you destroy your glorious future for a limited wealth or riches?
If you are involved in corruption, nemesis will surely catch up with you, that is the law of karma which states “What goes around comes around”
We are not created to be needy, but the economical problem and youths been desperate for survival has lured man into corrupt practices. God has given us power to create wealth and also gave us power over corruption. Why can’t we make use of what we have? “Lets do it right”
Do not associates with unpleasant and evil doers
Live by the word of God
CORRUPTION AND ITS CONSEQUENCES
It leads to sorrow
It leads to generational problems
It leads to hatred
It takes away your happiness
Discomfort and defocused
In the pass we had experience the slave era, which lasted for hundreds of years. It was later minimized and stooped, because people stood up and fought for their freedom. After the slave trade era, we started to experience another way of slave trade, but better than the slave trade era, which was called THE COLONIAL ERA. Africa and other parts of the continent experienced the COLONIALIZATION, which also lasted for hundreds of years and it was stopped.
So now we have corruption at hand and people are saying it can’t be eradicated, why do we have that negative attitude towards corruption. If we all stand up to fight this disease that has eaten deep in our system, lets be optimistic there will be a vaccine for cure.
There is pleasure in corruption
There is treasure in corruption
There is leisure in corruption
But certainly there is going to be a closure of corruption, because corruption has got his tenure. So fight corruption with all you have for the future of our generations to come, we are leaders of our generation.
Leadership is all about sacrifice.
